Our journey commenced in South Africa, where our operating principal, James, began his real estate career at just 21 with Chas Everitt. His early experiences laid a solid foundation for the remarkable growth and evolution that would characterize his career. 

In 2020, James took a bold step to establish his own real estate company, aligning strategically with Keller Williams Realty South Africa. This alliance strengthened his business with a powerful residential sales division, cementing their position in the industry.

James’s collaboration with Keller Williams led to him rapidly ascending the ranks, distinguishing himself as a top listing agent and the leading commission earner within Keller Williams Explore. His strong leadership skills, knack for building relationships, and deep understanding of the industry culminated in him taking on coaching roles, nurturing the talents of 70 burgeoning real estate agents at Keller Williams Explore.

Just as James was set to embrace a team leader role, a serendipitous twist of fate, a job offer for his wife in Phuket, Thailand, charted a new course. The couple seized the opportunity to fulfill a cherished dream of moving closer to family in Asia and extending their business reach.

In partnership with Keller Williams Thailand, they established a market center in Phuket. Since its launch in July 2022, the Phuket center has grown exponentially, with 18 dynamic agents and counting.

Today, James is driving expansion in Phuket and across Asia, with a vision to offer unparalleled value to agents, brokerages, sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants.
